S.O, 3794—The Commission of Inquiry set up by the Central Government in the Ministry of Health, Family Planning and Urban Development (Department of Health and Urban Development) vide their Notification No. 6-124/68-H, dated the 15th June, 1968, for the purpose of making an inquiry into the circumstances leading to, and the cause of, the deaths of five students nurses shall now submit its report by the 23rd December, 1968.
