NOTIFICATIONS
New Delhi , the 25th October 1968
G.S.R. 1901 / Sugar Export . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1) of section 4 of the Sugar Export Promotion Act , 1958 ( 30 of 1958 ) , the Central Government hereby fixes 3,856 ( three thousand eight hundred and fifty six ) tonnes of sugar as the quantity which may be exported during the period commencing on the date of publication of this notification and ending with 31st day of March . 1969.

G.S.R. 1902 / Sugar Export . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1) of section 4 of the Sugar Export Promotion Act , 1958 ( 30 of 1958 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Food , Agriculture , Community Develop- ment and Cooperation ( Department of Food ) , G.S.R. No. 179 / Sugar Export , dated the 25th January , 1968 , namely :-
In the said Notification , for the figures and words " 31st day of October , 1968" , the figures and words " 31st day of March , 1969 " shall be sub- stituted.
