NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 25th October 1968
S.O. 3804. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Essential Commodities Act , 1955 ( 10 of 1955 ) the Central Government hereby direct that the powers conferred on it to make orders under clauses ( c ) , ( d) and ( f ) of sub- section ( 2 ) of section 3 of the said Act shall , in relation toto prices , stocks and movements of cattle fodder of any of the varieties specified in the Schedule hereto annexed , be exercisable by the State Government in the whole State of Haryana .
2. This order shall remain in force for the period commencing from the date of its publication in the Gazette of India and ending with the 31st day of March , 1969.
