NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 26th October 1968
S.O. 3805—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5A of the Dock Workers (Regulation of Employment) Act, 1948 (9 of 1948), the Central Govern- ment hereby establishes a Dock Labour Board for the port of Kandla to be known by the name of the Kandla Dock Labour Board, and appoints the following persons as members thereof, namely :— Members representing the Central Government:
(1) Shri S. K. Chatterjee, Chairman, Kandla Port Trust, Gandhidham. (2) The Deputy Chairman, Kandla Dock Labour Board, (3) The Deputy Commissioner of Labour, Ahmedabad. (4) The Assistant Traffic Manager, Kandla Port Trust, Gandhidham. (5) The Assistant Labour Commissioner(C), Ahmedabad.
Members representing the Dock Workers:
(1) Shri Arunkant Shah. Representatives of the Kandla Steve- (2) Shri Dev Raj A. Velani. dores' and Dock Workers' Union.
