New Delhi , the 29th October 1968
S.O. 3892. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 7 ) of section 16 of the Gold ( Control ) Act , 1968 ( 45 of 1968 ) read with sub - section ( 1 ) of that section, and in continuation of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance ( Department of Revenue and Insurance ) No. S.O. 3500 , dated the 28th September , 1968 , I , Jasjit Singh , Administrator being satisfied that it is necessary so to do , hereby extend the period for the making of declarations by licensed dealers and refiners under the said sub - section ( 7 ) upto and inclusive of the 31st day of December , 1968 .
