3. The above rates will be applicable in respect of exports from 1st November, 1968.
4. Consequent to the above change, the last sentence of para 3 of Public Notice No. 114-ITC(PN)/68, dated 12th June, 1968, may be deleted and the item "Cocoa-based products, namely; Cocoa powder, drinking chocolato, Cocoa Shell and Cocoa butter—G.10" appearing on page xlvl of the Index of the above Red Book may be amended to read as under :—
