NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 30th October 1968
G.S.R. 1941. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 2 ) of section 7 of Food Corporations Act , 1964 ( 37 of 1964 ) readread with clause ( d) of sub- section ( 1) of that section and rule 4 of the Food Corporations Rules , 1965 , the Central Government hereby appoints Shri J. A. Dave . Director General ( Food ) in the Ministry of Food . Agriculture , Community Development and Cooperation (Department of Food) , New Delhi , to be the Managing Director of the Food Corporation of India established under the said Act , with effect from the 4th November , 1968 , for a period of one year , in the place of Shri N. P. Sen. resigned and directs that the following further amendment shall be made in the Notification of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Food and Agriculture ( De- partment of Food ) No. G.S.R. 37 , dated the 2nd January , 1965 , namely:--
In the said Notification , for item ( 5 ) , the following item shall be substituted . namely:--
Ministry " ( 5 ) Shri J. A. Dave , Director General ( Food ) in the Ministry of Food , Agriculture , Communityty Development and Cooperation (Depart- ment of Food ) . New Delhi . "
