NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 30th October 1968
G.S R. 1942. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 2 ) , read with sub - clause ( iii ) of clause ( b ) of sub - section ( 1 ) , of Section 7 of the Food Cor- vorations Act . 1964 ( 37 of 1964 ) , the Central Government hereby appoints Shri A. C. Bandyopadhyay . Joint Secretary to the Government of India , Ministry of Food, Agriculture , Community Development and Cooperation ( Department of Cooperation ) . New Delhi , as a Director in the Board of Directors of the Food Corporation of India . vice Shri S. S. Puri , and makes the following amendment In the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Food and Agriculture ( Department of Food ) , No. G.S.R. 37 , dated the 2nd January , 1965 . namely:--
In the said Notification , under the heading " Directors appointed under section 7 ( 1 ) ( b ) " , for the entry against item ( 4 ) , the following entry shall be substituted , ramely:-
Co- " Shri A. C. Bandyopadhyay , Joint Secretary to the Government of India , Ministry of Food , Agriculture , Community Development and operation (Department of Cooperation ) , New Delhi . "
