S.O. 3898.-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - clause ( 1 ) of clause 4 of the Kandla Unregistered Dock Workers ( Regulation of Employment ) Scheme , 1968 , the Central Government hereby appoints an Administrative Body , consisting of the following persons for the purpose of carrying on the day - to - day administration of the said Scheme namely : -
1. The Joint Director ( Food ) , Kandla .
2. The Deputy Director ( Accounts ) , Kandla.
3. The Assistant Director ( Labour ) , Kandla .
