SUBJECT : -Export of garments made out of Bleeding Madras .
No. 9 - ETC ( PN ) / 68 . Reference Public Notices Nos . 13 - ETC ( PN ) / 65 , dated the 2nd November , 1965 , 4 - ETC ( PN ) / 66 , dated the 16th April , 1966 , and 10 - ETC ( PN ) / 66 dated the 3rd August , 1966 on the subject indicated above . In terms of these Public Notices export of garments made from Bleeding Madras is licensed freely by the Jt . Chief Controller of Imports & Exports , Bombay , subject , to pre - shipment inspection by the Textiles Committec .
It has been decided that export of the item will be licensed by the Jt . Chief Controllers of Imports & Exports , Madras and C.L.A. , New Delhi also on the same terms and conditionsnditions as arere applicable for exports through the Jt . Chief Controller of Imports & Exports , Bombay , at present .
