ORDER

New Delhi, the 4th November 1968

S.O. 3965.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 18A of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), and in partial modification of the notified order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industry and Supply (Department of Industry) No. S.O. 3035, dated the 24th September, 1965, the Central Government hereby authorises, with immediate effect, Shri R. P. Sinha, Managing Director of the Bihar State Industrial Development corporation (hereinafter referred to as the Authorised Controller), to take over the management of the whole of the industrial under- taking known as Messrs, Hindustan Vehicles Limited, Patna, vice Shri U. N. Rai.

2. The following notifications shall apply in respect of the above-said Authorised Controller also, namely:—

(i) Notification No. S.O, 3329, dated the 19th October, 1965 of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industry and Supply (Department of Industry). (ii) Notification No. S.O. 2955, dated the 30th August, 1968 of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industrial Development and Company Affairs. (Department of Industrial Development).
