CUSTOMS
New Delhi , the 8th November 1968
G.S.R. 1979.-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1 ) of section 25 , read with sub - section ( 3 ) of section 160 , of the Customs Act , 1962 ( 32 of 1962 ) , the Central Government , being satisfled that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Gov- ernment of India , in the Ministry of Finance ( Department of Revenue ) No. 145- Customs , dated the 10th May , 1958 , namely :-
In the said notification , after the words " and appropriaed o such order at the time of shipment , " the words " or warehoused on importation and cleared by or under the orders of a department of the Government of India or a State Government and appropriated to such order at the time of clearance ," shall be inserted .
