5.0 . 3968. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - clause ( 1 ) of clause 21C of the Cotton Textiles ( Control ) Order , 1948 , the Central Government hereby specifies--
(1) 6 paise per square metre for grey dhoty and saree , and 4 paise per square metre for other varieties , as the rates for the purposes of paragraph (a) and
(11 ) 6 paise per square metre as the rate for the purposes of paragraph ( b ) , of sub- clause ( 1 ) of clause 21C aforesaid for the quarter ending with the 31st October , 1968.
