No. 242 - ITC ( PN ) /68.-Attention is invited to the Import Policy for Registered Exporters containedin Vol . II of the Import Trade Control Policy Book (Red Book) for the year April , 1968 -March , 1969 , issued under the Ministry of Commerce Public Notice No. 50 - ITC ( PN ) / 68 , dated April 1, 1968 , as amended from time to time.
(2) " Continuous Cast phosphor bronze rods for welding " are classifiable under the product Group " A. ENGINEERING GOODS " and fall under S. No. A.53.1 . This may be inserted alphabetically in the Index of the above Red Book on pages iii to xxxii.

6. The entry " Surgical dressings N. 3 " given on page 1 of the Index may be amended to read as " Cotton bandages , unmedicated, ( other than those manufac- tured by licensed manufacturer under the Drugs Act ) -N.3 " .
