G.S.R. 2023—In pursuance, of section 12A of the Essential Commodities Act, 1953 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby specifies the Uttar Pradesh Oil Seeds and Oil Seed Products Control Order, 19G6 made by the State Government of Uttar Pradesh to be a special order for purposes of summary trial under the said section.
