S.O. 4098.—The Central Government, having considered in consultation with the Forward Markets Commission, the application for renewal of recognition made un- der section 5 of the Forward Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1952 (74 of 1952), by the Southern Gujarat Oilseeds Merchants' Association Ltd., Kapasia Hall, Palej, and being satisfied that it would be In the interest of the trade and also In the public interest so to do, hereby grants, In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the said Act, recognition to the said Association for a further period of two years from the 10th November, 1968 upto the 15th November, 1970, (both days inclusive) in respect of forward contracts in cottonseed.
