8.O. 4100. In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 18A of the Indus- tries ( Development and Regulation ) Act , 1951 ( 65 of 1951 ) , the Central Govern- ment hereby extend the control over the management of The India Electric Works Ltd. , upto 18th November , 1968 , and make the following amendment in its Order No. S.O. 3973 dated the 11th November , 1968 , namely : -
In the said Order , for the words " 17th November , 1968 " wherever occurring , the words " 18th November , 1968 " shall be substituted.
