New Delhi , the 15th November 1968
8.0 . 4101.- In pursuance of paragraph 17 of the Election Symbols ( Reservation and Allotment ) Order , 1968 , the Election Commission hereby makes the following amendment in its notification No , 56 / 68 - VIII ( S.O. 2960 ) , dated the 31st August, 1968 , namely:-
( 1 ) In table 2, against the entry Nagaland , in the column " Name of State Party" , for the entry "Naga Nationalist Organisation " the entry "Nagaland Nationalist Organisation " , and
(11) In table 3, against the entry 12, Nagaland , in column 2. Free symbols , for the entries " ( 3 ) Mug and ( 4) Tiger " , the entries " ( 3 ) Mug , ( 4 ) Tiger, ( 5 ) Log Drum and ( 6 ) Cock" shall be substituted.
