New Delhi , the 16th November 1968
S. O. 4102. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 13 of the Rubber Act , 1947 (24 of 1947 ) , the Central Government hereby rescinds , with effect on and from the 16th November , 1968 , so much of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce . No. S.O. 3772 , dated the 20th October , 1967 , published at pages 1681-1682 of the Gazette of India Extra- ordinary , Part II , Section 3 , Sub - section ( ii ) , dated the 20th October , 1967, as relates to the fixation of the maximum prices of various grades and qualities of rubber and latex of different concentrations ,
