8.0. 4104.- In pursuance of the provisions of section 67 of the Representation of the People Act , 1951 ( 43 of 1951 ) , the following declaration containing the name of the candidate elected in the constituency referred to therein is published for general information:-

Bye- Election to the House of People 8 Madhugiri Parliamentary Constituency. "In pursunace of Section 66 of the Representation of the People Act , 1951 , I declare that Shrimati Sudha V. Reddy , 2/1 , Palace Road , Bangalore- 1 , has been duly elected by the 8 Madhugiri Parliamentary Constituency to fill the vacancy in the House of the People caused by the death of Sri Mali Mariyaрра .
