G.S.R. 2066.-In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( 3 ) of article 98 of the Constitution of India , the President , after consultation with the Chairman of the Rajya Sabha , hereby makes the following further amendment in the Rajya Sabha Secretariat ( Recruitment and Conditions of Service ) Rules , 1957 , namely:-
In the Second Schedule to the said Rules under the heading " Class II Gazetted" after the entries relating to item " 6A . Selection Grade Reporter " , the following entries shall be inserted , namely :-
Designation of post
P'y or scale of pay otherwise adm's ble Pay or scale of pay admissible to pre - 1931 entrants
