ORDER
New Delhi , the 22nd November 1968
S.O. 4205.- Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce No. S.O. 3548 , dated the 17th December , 1963 , the management of the whole of the industrial undertaking known as the Bengal Nagpur Cotton Mills Ltd. , Rajnandgaon , had been taken over by the Authorised Managing Agents referred to in the said Order for a period of five years 1.e. , upto and inclusive of the 16th December , 1968 ;
And whereas the Central Government is of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest that the management of the said industrial undertaking by the said Authorised Managing Agents should continue for a further period of six months , 1.e. , upto the 16th June, 1969 ;
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to sub- section ( 2 ) of Section 18A of the Industries ( Development and Regulation ) Act , 1951 ( 65 0 1951 ) , the Central Government hereby directs that the Order mentioned above shall continue to have effect for a further period of six months , 1.e. , upto the 16th June , 1969
