NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 16th November 1968
G.S.R. 2096—In exercise of the powers conferred by Explanation 1 to section 44A of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (5 of 1908), the Central Government here- by declares, with effect on and from the 1st December, 1968, Hong Kong to be a reciprocating territory for the purposes of the said section and the following Courts in Hong Kong to be superior Courts of that territory, namely;—
1. Supreme Court, 2. Victoria District Court, 3 Kowloon District Court, 4. Fanling District Court,
