'866 (54 of 1966), the Central Government, in consultation with the State Govern-

ment of Uttar Pradesh, hereby appoints the National Seeds Corporation Limited,

: company registered under the Companies Act, 1956, (1 of 1956) as a Certifica-

tion Agency for the State of Uttar Pradesh.
