NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 28th November 1968
G.S.R. 2097. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 2 ) , read with clause ( a ) of sub - section ( 1 ) , of section 7 of the Food Corporations Act , 1964 ( 37 of 1964) , the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Shah Nawaz Khan to be the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Food Corporation of India with effect from the 2nd December , 1968 , and makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Food and Agriculture ( Department of Food) No. G.S.R. 37 dated the 2nd January , 1965 , namely:-
In the said notification , under the heading " Chairman , appointed under section 7 ( 1 ) ( a ) " , the following item and entry shall be inserted , namely:---
" ( 1 ) Shri Shah Nawaz Khan " .
