NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 30th November, 1968
S.O. 4301.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 22 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951, (43 of 1951), the Election Commission hereby appoints the following officers:—viz.
(1) Personal Assistant (General) to the Collector of Kanyakumari at Nagercoil, (2) Personal Assistant (Panchayat Development) to the Collector of Kanyakumari at Nagercoil.
(3) Special Deputy Collector (Land Acquisition), Chittar Pattanamkal Schemes, Kuzhithurai
(4) Special Deputy Collector (Land Acquisition), Thuckalay.
(5) District Welfare Officer, Nagercoil.
in addition to the officer appointed by its notification No. 434/MD/68, dated the 18th October, 1968, to assist the Returning Officer for the Nagercoil Parliamentary constituency in the performance of his functions.
