ELECTION COMMISSION OF INDIA NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 16th November 1968
S.O. 4303,—Whereasas the Government of the Union Territory of Goa, Daman and Diu have intimated some printing mistakes in the name and extent of constituencies and also some changes in the boundaries and the names of some territorial divisions referred to in the description of constituencies given in Schedule XIX of the Delimitation of Parliamentary and Assembly constituencies Order, 1966:
And whereas the Commission considers it expedient to correct these printing mistakes and also to make the amendments in the description of the constituencies in the said Schedule to bring the Order upto-date;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (I) of Section 9 of the Representation of the People Act, 1950, the Flection Commission hereby makes corrections in the said Order as follows: —
I. In part A of the Schedule,
in 2-Marmagao, in the extent of the constituency for "(19) Cancona" react "(19) Canacona": and for "(25) Margoa" read "(25) Margao".
II. In Part B, or the Schedule,
(1) in 1-Pernem. in the description of the extent of constituency, for "Parxem- Agarvado" read "Parxem-Agarvado-Chopdem";

(8) in 9-Pale, in the description of the extent of constituency, for "Surla Cotombi and Pale Velguem" read "Surla-Cotombi and Pale-Velguem"; and for "Guleei" read "Guleli";
(9) in 10-Satari, in the description of the extent of constituency, for "Guicci" read "Guleli";
(10) in 13-Santo Andre, in the description of the extent of constituency, for "Cam- mbolim-Coriom, Azossim, Mnndur-Ncura," read "Carambolim-Corlim, Azossim-Mandur-Neura";
(11) in 14-St. Estevam, in the description of the extent of constituency, for "Tiurem Orgao" read "Tiurem-Orgao" and for the words "S. Bartolomcu de Chorao- N. Sra de Grace" the words "Chodan-Maddal" shall be substituted; (12) in 15-Marcaim, in the description of the extent of constituency for the words "Voloi, Queriin-Cuncoiitn, Vetinga-Priol", the words "Volvoi, Querim, Velinga-Priol-Cuncolim" shall be substituted;
(13) in 16-Ponda, in the description of the extent of constituency, for "Vaddi Talaulim, Quela", the words "Vaddi-Talaulim, Qucia, Ourbate" shall be substituted;
(14) in 20-Quepem, for the existing description of the extent of constituency, (he description "Quepcm taluka (excluding Cotombi-Avcdam-Xaifl; Xcldom-Aniona; Assolda-Xclvona-Odnr-Xic Xoilvona, Curcharein and Qicora panchayats)" shall be substituted,
(15) in 21-Curchorem for the existing description of the exlent of constituency, the description "Chandor-Guirdolim, Cavorim and Paroda panchayats in Sailccte tahika; and Cotombi Avcdem-Xaifi; Xeldcm-Amona; Assolda- Xelvona-Odar-Xic, Xclvona, Curchorem and Cacora panchayats in Quepem Taluka" shall be substituted;
(16) in 27-Cortalim, in the description of the extent of constituency, for "Consanlim- Arossim-Cuclim" read "Cansaulim-Arossim-Cuclim; and
(17) in 28-Marmagao, in the description oC the extent of constituency, for "Sancnale
Vclcao, Pale" read "Sancoalc, Vsltao-Pnle".
