S.O. 4304.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 4 of the Gold (Control) Act, 1968 (45 of 1968), and In supersession of all previous notifications issued on the subject, I, Jasjit Singh, the Administrator, hereby authorise the persons of and above the rank of officers specified in column (2) of the Table below to exercise the powers exerciseable by me under the provisions specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Table to the extent specified in column (4) thereof.
