NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 11th December 1968
S.O. 4466 .-- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Essential Commodities Act 1955 ( 10 of 1955 ) the Central Government hereby direct that the powers conferred onit to make orders under clauses ( c) , ( d ) and ( f ) of sub- section ( 2 ) of section 3 of the said Act shall , in relation to prices , stocks and move- ments of cattle fodder of the variety specified in the schedule hereto annexed , be exercisable by the Union Territory Administration in the whole Union Territory of Dadra and Nagar Havell .
2. This order shall remain in force for the period commencing from the date of its publication in the Gazette of India and ending with the 31st day of March . 1969.
