EXPORT TRADE CONTROL
New Delhi , the 13th December 1968
S.O. 4467. In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports and Exports (Control ) Act , 1947 ( 18 of 1947 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments to the Exports ( Control ) Order , 1968 , namely : ---
In Part ' A' of Sechedule I to the said Order , for the existing entries against items 10 and 12 , the following shall be substituted :-
Item No. 10 " Wheat and Wheat flour including Suji and Rawa " .
Item No. 12 "Pulses , Lentils , Grams and Beans , and flour made therefrom" .
