IMPORT TRADE CONTROL
New Delhi , the 19th December 1968
S.O. 4539. In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports and Exports ( Control ) Act , 1947 ( 18 of 1947 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Imports ( Control ) Order , 1955 , namely: - 1. This Order may be called the Imports ( Control) Seventh Amendment Order, 1968.
2. In the Imports ( Control ) Order , 1955 ,in Schedule I, Part II , the existing entry against S. No. 42 ( d) shall be substituted by the following : - "Power and Distribution Transformers of ratings not covered by S. No. 42- ( a) II and components and accessories of all types of transformers falling under S. No. 42 ( a ) / II and 42 ( b ) / II e.g , oil coolers , radiators , buohola relays etc. "
