New Delhi , the 24th December 1968
G-S.R. 2233.-In exercise of the powers conferred by the first proviso to ১০৫- tion 6 of the Employees ' Provident Funds Act , 1952 ( 19 of 1952 ) , the Central Government , after making necessary enquiry into the matter hereby specifies every establishment of-
1. Attorneys , as defined in the Advocates Act , 1961 ( 25 of 1961 ) .
2. Chartered or registered accountants , as defined in the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949 ( 38 of 1949 ) ,
3. Cost and Works Accountants within the meaning of the Cost and Works Accountants Act, 1959 ( 23 of 1959 ) ,
4. Engineers and engineering contractors , not being exclusively engaged in building and construction industry , and
5. Architects ,
in which fifty or more persons are employed, as an establishment to which the said proviso shall apply with effect from the 1st January , 1969 .

सा०का ०ति ० 2234- कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि अधिनियम , 1952 ( 1952 का 19) की धारा 6 के प्रथम परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार, मामले में आवश्यक जाँच करने के पश्चात्,-
1. अधिवक्ता अधिनियम , 1961 ( 1961 का 25 ) में यथा परिभाषित यटनों,
2 चार्टर्ड एकाउन्टेट्स अधिनियम , 1949 ( 1949 का 38) में या परिभाषित, चाटर्न एकाउन्टेट या रजिस्ट्रीकृत लेखापाल ,
3. कास्ट एन्ड वर्क्स एकाउन्टेंट्स अधिनियम, 1959 ( 1959 का 23 ) के अथ में फाम्ट और वक्स एकाउन्टेंट्स ,
4. इजीनियर और इजीनियरी ठेकेदार, जो निर्माण और सनिर्वाम उम्रोथ में पररका के नही लगे हुए हैं; और
5 स्थपत्ति ,
के हर स्थापन को , जिसमे पचास या अधिक्त व्यक्ति नियोजित हैं , ऐसे स्थापना के रूप में एतदद्वारा विनि- दिष्ट करती है जिसे उक्न परन्तुक 1 जनवरी , 1969 से लागू होगा ।

G.S.R. 2235.- In exercise of the powers conferred by the first proviso to see- hon 6 of the Employees ' Provident Funds Act , 1952 ( 19 of 195" ) , the Central Government , after making necessary enquiry into the matter, hereby ap chifes every establishment which is a factory engaged in the manufacture of any of the items mentioned in the Schedule below, and in which fifty or more persons are employed , as an establishment to which the said proviso shall apply with effect from the 1st January , 1969 .
SCHEDULE
1. Aerated water , soft drinks or Carbonated water ,
2. Distilling and rectifying of spirits ( not falling under industrial and power alcohol ) and blending of spirits;
3. Paint and Varnish :
4. Pickers ; and
5 Milk and Milk Products .

सा ०का ० नि ० 2236: कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि अधिनियम , 1952 ( 1952 का 19 ) की धारा 6 के प्रथम परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार , मामले में आवश्यक जाँच करने के पश्चात , हर ऐसे स्थापन को , जो नीचे की अनुसूची में वर्णित मदों में से किसी के विनिर्माण में लगा हुआ एक कारखाना है, और जिसमें पचाम या अधिक व्यक्ति नियोजित हैं, ऐसे स्थापन के रूप में एत्तद्वारा विनिर्दिष्ट करती है जिसे उक्त परन्तुक । जनवरी, 1969 से लाग होगा ।

... वातित पेय, मुडुपेय या कार्बनीकृत जल ;
2. उन स्पिरिटों का ( जो श्रौद्योगिक और पावर ऐल्कोहाल के अन्तर्गत नहीं आती हैं ) आसवन और परिशोधन और स्पिरिटों का समिश्रण;
3. पेंट और वानिश;
4. पिकर; तथा
5. दूध और दूध से बनी चीजें ।
