S.O. 4641.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956 (42 of 1956), the Central Government hereby directs that the following further amendment shall be made, with effect from the 16th December, 1968, in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Economic Affairs, Stock Exchange Division) No. S.O 3302 dated the 14th September, 1967, and published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary Part II, section 3, sub-section (ii), dated the 15th September, 1967, namely:—
In the said notification, in condition (5), for the words "fifteen months", the words "seventeen months" shall be substituted.
