New Delhi, the 30th December , 1968
S.O. 4654. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (7 ) of section 16 on the Gold ( Control) Act, 1968 (45 of 1968 ) read with sub - section ( 1) of that section , and In continuation of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insurance ) No. S.O. 3892 dated the 29th October , 1968 , 1 Jasjit Singh , Administrator , being satisfied that it is necessary so to do, hereby extend the period for the making of declarations by licensed dealers and refiners under the sain sub section (7 ) upto and inclusive of the 28th day of February , 1969 .
