NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 23rd December 1968
S.O. 4657.—Whereas the Government of the State of Nagaland have intimated certain changes consequent on the establishment of some new villages in the terri- torial divisions and an inadvertent slip, in the description of 35-Satakha assembly constituency given in Schedule XII of the Delimitation of Parliamentary and Assembly Constituencies Order, 1966;
And whereas the Commission considers it expedient to make amendments in the description of the constituencies to bring the said Order up-to-date;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Sec- tion 9 of the Representation of the People Act. 1950, the Election Commission here- by makes further corrections in the said Order as follows: —
(1) In 5-Paren. in the description of the extent of constituency, for the word, "Tesen", the words and brackets "Tesen (Old) and Tesen (New)" shall be substituted;
(2) in 17-Phek, in the description of the extent of constituency, for the words "and Purabama villages", the words "Purabama" Metsale. Chosaba and Phugwimi villages" shall be substituted:
(3) in 19-Meluri in the description of the extent of constituency, for the words "and Ahen villages", the words "Ahen, Matikhru, Wozuho and Hotsu villages" shall be substituted:

(12) in 38-Moilan-Wozhuro, in the description of the extent of constituency, for the words "and Phiro villages", the words "Phiro and Yampha villages" shall be substituted:
(13) in 3g-Sanis, in the description of the extent of constituency, for the words "and Are (Old) villages", the words "Are (Old) and Baghty filock villages and Sanis Town" shall be substituted:
(14) in 40-Bhandari, in the description of the extent of constituency, for tin- words "and Aitepyong villages", the words "Aitepyong, Meraparu Miklrang, Liphiyan and Khokchako (Amboto) villages nnd Bhandan Town" shall be substituted:
(15) in the Note, at the end of the Schedule, for the exigjijMLflnfarr. the entry "Any reference in this Schedule to a district, town, village or (Aw territorial division shall be taken to mean the area comprised with1' that district, town, village or other territorial division on the 1st o\ of November, 1966" shall be substituted.
