S.O. 75. Wherens a vacancy has occurred in the House of the People consequent on the clection of Shri Ram Kishan from 6 , Hoshiarpur Parliamentary Constituency in the State of Punjab having been declared void;
Now, therefore , in pursuance of the provisions of sub - section ( 1 ) of section 149 of the Representation of the People Act , 1951 ( 43 of 1951 ) , the Election Commission hereby calls upon the said constituency to clect before the 14th February , 1969 , in accordance with the provisions of the said Act and of the Rules and Orders made thereunder , a person to fill the vacancy so cansed .

S.O. 76. In pursuance of the provisions of section 30 of the Representation of the People Act , 1951 , ( 43 of 1951 ) , the Election Commission hereby appoints , with respect to the bye- election to be held in 6 , Hoshiarpur Parliamentary Constituency in the State of Punjab in pursuance of its notification No. 100 / PB / HP / 1 / 68 ( 1 ) . (lated the Ist January , 1969
( a) the 8th January , 1969. as the last date for making nominations ;
(b) the 9th January , 1969 , as the date for the scrutiny of nominations ;
( c) the 11th January , 1969 , as the last date for the withdrawal of candidatures ;
( d) the 9th February , 1969 , as the date on which a poll shall , if necessary , be taken;
and
( c) the 14th February , 1969 , as the date before which the election shall be completea

In pursuance of section 56 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 as (43 of 1951 ) , the Election Commission hereby fixes the hours from 8 A.M. to 5 г.м. the hours during which a poll shall , if necessary , be taken for the bye- election to the House ofof the People from 6 ,6, Hoshiarpur Parliamentary Constituency to be held in pursu- ance of its notification No. 100 / PB /HP /1 / 68 ( 1 ) , dated the 1st January , 1969 .

एस ० ओ ० 78.- पंजाब राज्य में के सं ० 6 होशियारपुर संसदीय निर्वाचन क्षेत्र से श्री राम किशन का निर्वाचन शून्य षोपित कर दिए जाने के परिणामस्वरूप लोक सभा में एक स्थान रिक्त हो गया है ;
श्रतः , अब , लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 43 ) की धारा 149 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) के उपबन्धों के अनुसरण में निर्वाचन आयोग एतद्वारा , उक्त निर्वाचन क्षेत्र से यह अपेक्षा करता है कि वह ऐ से हुई रिक्ति को भरने के लिए, उक्त अधिनियम तथा तद्वीन बनाए गए नियमों और आदेशों के उपबन्धों के अनुसार , एक व्यक्ति 14 फरवरी , 1969 से पूर्व निर्वाचित करें ।

एस ० ओ ० 79 .--लांक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 ( 1951 का 43 ) की धारा 30 के उपबन्धों के अनुसरण में , निर्वाचन आयोग अपनी अधिसूचना सं ० 100, पंजाब, लो० स ० 168 ( 1 ) दिनांक 1 जनवरी , 1969 के अनुसरण में पंजाब राज्य में के सं ० 6 होशियारपुर संसदीय निर्वाचन क्षेत्र में होने वाले उप- निर्वाचन के बारे में--
( क) नामनिर्देशन करने के लिए अन्तिम तारीख 8 जनवरी , 1969 ;
(ख ) नामनिर्देशनों की संवीक्षा की तारीख 9 जनवरी , 1969 ;
( ग ) अथिता वापस लेने के लिए अन्तिम तारीख , 11 जनवरी , 1969 ;
( घ) वह तारीख जिसको , यदि आवश्यक हो , तो मतदान होगा-9 फरवरी , 1969 ; तथा
( ङ ) वह तारीख जिस के पूर्व निर्वाचन समाप्त कर दिया जाएगा 14 फरवरी , 1969 ; एतद्वारा नियत करता है ।

1 जनवरी , 1969 के अनुसरण में लोक सभा के लिए सं ० 6 होशियारपुर संसदीय निर्वाचन क्षेत्र से होने वाले उप - निर्वाचन के लिए 8 बजे पूर्वाह्न से 5 बजे अपराष्ट्र तक का समय उस समय के रूप में एतद्वारा नियत करता है जिसके दौरान मतदान, यदि अवश्यक हो तो, होगा ।
