S-O. 81—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 22 of the Representation of the People Act. 1951, and in addition to the officers appointed by its notification No. 434/UP/67. dated the 11th January, 1967. the Election Commission hereby appoints the Sub-Divisional Magistrate/Additional Sub-Divisional Officer, Phulpar. as the officer to assist the Returning Officer for 55-Phulpur Parliamentary Constituency in the performance of his functions, in connection with the bye-election to be held in the said constituency in pursuance of the Commission's notification No, 100/UP-HP/3/68(l), dated the 1st January, 1969.
