3- The above rates will be applicable In respect of exports from 1st November, 1968. This Public Notice cancels the earlier Public Notice No. 238-ITC(PN)/63 dated 30th October, 1968.
4. Consequent to the above change, the last sentence of para 3 cf Public Notice No 114-ITC(PN)/68 dated 12th June, 1968 may be deleted and the Item "Cocoa baaed products, namely Cocoa powder, drinking chocolate, Cocoa Shell and Cocoa butter-G- 10" appearing on page xlvl of the Index of the above Red Book may be amended to read as under :—
