3. The above rates will be applicable in respect of exports from lat November, 1968- This Public Notice cancels the earlier Public Notice No. 238-ITC(PN)/B8 dated 30th October, 1868.
4. Consequent to the above change, the last sentence of para 3 of Public Notice No 114-ITC(PN)/68 dated 12th June, 1968 may be deleted and the item "Cocoa baaed products, namely Cocoa powder, drinking chocolate, Cocoa Shell and Cocoa butter-G. 10" appearing on page xlvi of the Index ol the above Red Book may be amended to read as under :—
