G.S.R. 42.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 11C, 11J and 11K of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) read with clause (34) of section 2 of the said Act, the Central Board of Excise; and Customs hereby assigns the functions under each of the sections of the said Act specified in column (2) of the Table hereto annexed, to the officers specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) thereof.
