G.S.R. 43 / sugar Export .-- lo exercise of the powers conferred by section 11 of the Sugar Export Promotion Act , 1958 ( 30 of 1958 ) , the Central Government hereby directs that the powers conferred on it by section 5 of the said Act shall be exercisa ole also by the Additional Chief Director and Director ( Sugar Techni- cal) , Directorate of Sugar and Vanaspati , Ministry of Food , Agriculture , Com- munity Development and Cooperation ( Department of Food ) .
