New Delhi, the 10th January, 1989

No. 3(l)/68-P&P—The following changes may be made to Schedule II of this Ministry's Resolution No. 3(l)/67-BOT/P&P, dated the 13th January, 1968 relating to the reconstitution of the Board of Trade:

(1) Under Item II of Schedule II, the name of Shri Khandubhai Desai may be deleted and the following names may be added:

II, Members of Parliament

Shri. S. R. Vasavada

Shri. Manubhai Amersey

(2) Under. Item V—Non-Official members, the names of Shri Dharamsey Khatau and Shri P. L, Tandon may be deleted and the following name may be added: —

V. Non-Offlcial members

Shri K. K. Jajodia(3) Under Item VII—Official Representatives the existing entry "Special Secretary, Ministry of Commerce", may be substituted "Additional Secretary, Ministry of Commerce". (33)

Ordered thai a copy of the Resolution be comtnunioted to the Chairman,

Deputy Chairman, Members of the Board of Trade, the Private and Military

Secretaries to the President, the Prime Ministers' Secretariat, the Planning Com-

mission, All Ministries of the Government of India and all the State Governments

in India.

2. Ordered also that the Resolution be published In the Gazette of India for

general information.
