ORDER
New Delhi , the 13th January 1969
G.S.R. 139. In excrcise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 ( 10 of 1955 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Inter - Zonal Wheat and Wheat Products (Movement Control ) Order , 1964 , namely :-
1. This Order may be called the Inter - Zonal Wheat and Wheat (Movement Control ) Amendment Order , 1969 . Products
2. In clause 3 of the Inter - Zonal Wheat and Wheat Products ( Movement Corr- trol ) , 1964 , in the second proviso , after item ( ii ) , the following item shall be in- serted , namely:-
" ( iii ) the export of wheat or any wheat product out of any place within Zone II to any place within the Union territory of Delhi or import of wheat or any wheat product from Zone II to any place withinwith the Union territory of Delhi . "
Clarificatory note . The following is a clarificatory note and does not form part of the Order:
The effect of the amendment would be that wheat or wheat products can now be moved from any place in the State of Uttar Pradesh into the Union territory of Delhi but not vice versa .
