New Delhi , the 16th January 1969
SUBJECT : Awards for Public Recognition of outstanding Export performance .
No. 11 (8 )/ 66 -EAC. The following amendment may be made in the Government of India, Ministry of Commerce Resolution on the above subject , published in Part I Section I of the Gazette of India Extraordinary dated November 23 , 1968 .
ly; For the existing paragraph 5 of the Resolution , the following may be substituted , name- "5. A Selection Committee consisting of the undermentioned will make recommendations for the awards and the certificates , to the Commerce Minister :-
1. A judge or retired judge of the Supreme Court or a High Court .
2. The Secretary in the Ministry of Commerce .
3. The President , Federation of Indian Export Organisations , New Delhi .
4. The President , Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry , New Delhi.
5. The President , Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India , Calcutta .
6. Joint Secretary ( Export Promotion ) Ministry of Commerce .
7. The Director General of Commercial Intelligence and Statistics . "

Ordered that the Resolution be published in the Gazette of India and a copy thereof communicated to all concerned.
