It is notified for the information of the trade that exports by steamer of carbonised lignite briquettes ( Leco ) wil be outside the scope of canalisation through the Minerals and Metals Trading Corporation of India notified in Public Notice No , 12 - ETC ( PN ) / 66 dated the 4th October , 1966, during the calendar year 1969 .
