In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 2 ) of sec- tion of the Central Excises and Salt Act , 1944 ( 1 of 1944 ) , and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance ( Depart- ment of Revenue and Insurance ) , No 13 / 67- Central Excises . dated the 21st January , 1967 , the Central Government hereby fixes for extruded shapes and sections of aluminiurn , mcluding extruded pipes and tubes , falling under sub- item (d ) of Item No 27 of the Fust Schedule to the said Act and chargeable

११० १० वि० 166-केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क और लवण अधिनियम, 1944 ( 1944 का 1 ) की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, तथा भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व और बीमा विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं ० 13 67 केन्द्रीय उत्पाद- शुल्क , तारीख 21 जनवरी , 1967 को अतिष्ठित करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार , उक्त अधिनियम की प्रथम अनुसूची की मद स ० 27 की उप मद ( घ ) के अन्तर्गत आने वाले और निम्नलिखित मारणी के स्तम्भ ( 2 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट मूल्यानुसार शुल्क मे प्रभार्य अल्यू- मिनियम की उन बहिर्भेदिन आकृतियों और सैक्शनों के लिए , जिनके अन्तर्गत बहिर्भेदित THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY
