New Delhi , the 3rd February 1969
G.S.R. 255.-./Sugar Export . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (1) of Section 4 of the Sugar Export Promotion Act , 1958 ( 30 of 1958 ) , the Central Government hereby fixes , in addition to the quantity already fixed for export , 95,000 ( Ninety - five thousand ) tones of sugar as the quantity which may be ex- ported out of India during the period commencing on the date of publication of this notification and ending with the 30th day of November , 1969 .
