In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 2 of the Armed Forces ( Emergency Duties ) Act , 1947 ( 15 of 1947 ) , the Central Government hereby declares every service connected with the supply of electri- city in the State of Bihar to be a service of vital importance to the community.
