NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 7th February 1969
S.O. 562. Whereas the Central Government is of opinion that a public emer- gency has arisen in connection with the printing of the papers relating to the Budget of the Government of India , Red Book and other papers connected thereto ;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Factories Act , 1948 ( 63 of 1948 ) , the Central Government hereby exempts the Government of India Press , Minto Road, New Delhi , from the provisions of sections 51 , 52, 54 , sub - section ( 1 ) of section 55 , section 56 and section 58 of the said Act for a period of three months from the 7th day of February , 1969 .
