S.O. 615. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7B of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 ( 14 of 1947 ) , the Central Government nereby constitutes a National Industrial Tribunal with headquarters at New Delhi and appoints Shri Justice D. S. Dave , as the Presiding Officer of that Tribunal .
